This policy governs refunds and cancellations for services provided by Finnbee Financial Services LLP (“Finnbee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), applicable to any future fees for advisory or platform services.
2. No Direct Fees
- Finnbee currently does not charge customers directly for services. We may receive commissions from partner institutions, disclosed as required.
- If fees are introduced, they will be clearly communicated before engagement.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel an application for a financial product before it is processed by the partner institution by contacting [email protected].
- Post-submission cancellations are subject to the partner institution’s policies.
4. Refunds
- If fees are introduced, refunds will be issued only for services not rendered due to our error.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds for completed services or third-party decisions (e.g., loan rejections).
